Finally incorporating more salads and getting good at hiding zucchini in everything just to try and get some green in. This baby loves ice cream and sandwiches ;) enjoy it while you can and just know you'll get back on track after that sweet little bundle arrives!Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12658627678879503495noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7983209524173572063.post-10865641172910766622012-10-16T20:13:56.131-04:002012-10-16T20:13:56.131-04:00So excited for you, you look great!!So excited for you, you look great!!Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01412521833928390518noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7983209524173572063.post-64938761590743774952012-10-16T19:29:27.248-04:002012-10-16T19:29:27.248-04:00Yayyyy!!! I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor (also an Advocare user) Right now I don't eat anything that isn't white with salt on it :) Don't worry about weight gain, I gained 45lbs with my son and lost it all plus 8lbs with the help of running, strength trainng and Advocare! Since I found out I'm pregnant the only Advocare supplement I'm taking is the multi-vitamin with iron. Are you taking anything else? I miss catalyst!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10564597161030796239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7983209524173572063.post-74262429974789435922012-10-16T13:47:14.257-04:002012-10-16T13:47:14.257-04:00Congratulations on Baby Butler!! I couldn't smell or look at meat until about a week ago:) And I read somewhere that vegetables look gross to some pregnant women because it's the body's way of being careful about the bacteria on them? I was able to eat green beans but that was about it.
Adrienne Rhoadsnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7983209524173572063.post-43788836346835806002012-10-16T11:04:33.661-04:002012-10-16T11:04:33.661-04:00I am so excited for you!! Lots of carbs, I could handle fruit fine, so when I could not do the veggie thing, fruit was my friend. Smoothies w/ yogurt (I had trouble with meats too) will be your bff!! I never thew up, but was nauseous until I started taking my pre-natals before bed time (which I still do to this day.) Embrace that baby belly!! It's such a blessing. You will not believe how huuuuuuge and heavy your boobs will be. Just wait Big Jon!!! I cannot believe how fast it goes :) SOOOO Excited for you!!! I learned that eating some protein helped a lot; even though everything sounded disgusting. I kept peanut butter crackers by my bed and ate every couple of hours. Also, wanted to suggest you reading the Fitnessista's pregnancy story if you haven't already. And my nausea did end after the first trimester; never thought it would!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17427640772623874430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7983209524173572063.post-29755947006284491142012-10-16T10:05:26.484-04:002012-10-16T10:05:26.484-04:00I may not have always been able to relate to your ...I may not have always been able to relate to your health and wellness posts...but these I CAN relate to ;) YAY for pregnancy blogging :) I craved meat BIG TIME with Kye so I'm guessing girl right now.

Don't find out!!!! The surprise is SOOOOOOOOOO fun. Not just for you, but for everyone in the waiting room, and for everyone anxiously hitting "refresh" online :) Plus if you DO find out you get all kinds of clothes at showers instead of the stuff you REALLY need. Also since this is baby #1 you WANT gender neutral stuff so you can use it for future babies but if you find out you won't be able to resist the pink baby bouncer or blue car jumperoo etc :)Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06195582234744899087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7983209524173572063.post-85076382779472084732012-10-16T10:04:10.086-04:002012-10-16T10:04:10.086-04:00How exciting! When pregnant with my daughter I could have wrote this post exactly!!

Are you talking any advocare products with a bun in the oven?

I had a very easy delivery. Water broke at home (37 weeks) and had my daughter within 5 hours from water breaking. I was at the hospital for 3 hours. I HAD to shave my legs, get ready, and finish all the laundry. I had an epidural and it was AMAZING!!!
