- organic spinach + Spring mix (sometimes I add in kale & broccoli or raw peppers too for extra veggies)
- Energy blend from Costco (edamame, pumpkin kernels, cranberries, almonds)
- Amazing Grass
- “The Good Bean” – crispy crunchy chickpeas
- olive oil
- apple cider vinegar
- lemon juice
- a dash of Splenda
Toss into a giant bowl & enjoy!
