Power Packed Smoothie

I LOVE this smoothie!! I make it almost every day because it is absolutely POWER PACKED with nutrients that keep you healthy. Antioxidants to fight disease. Full of fiber and protein to keep you feeling full. Leafy greens to fight free radicals. And will definitely improve immune system, digestion, and give you a ton of energy. I also think it helps with glowing skin (along with Omegas of course). Plus, it tastes yummy!

I don’t measure anything….just throw it all in the blender. If I fill the whole blender up, I have enough for me and Jonathan. Chop, puree, food processor for about 2 minutes.  Super easy!! Still love juicing, but this is way easier clean up and prep.

These are all things I have on hand anyway and I encourage you to keep in your frig/pantry.


  • banana (I buy them, chop them up and freeze them to keep them fresh- smoothie ready!)
  • spinach & kale (promise the berries and bananas overtake the taste and you can’t even taste them!)
  • wheat germ oil
  • ground flaxseed
  • chia seeds
  • Amazing Grass Green Superfood
  • coconut oil
  • mixed berries
  • Pro 20 (which is on sale right now- AWESOME way to get in 20 g of protein!)
  • unsweetened almond milk
  • water

Can you guess about how much you would use to make a serving of 1? Especially with the flax seed, oils, and chia seeds. Thank you so much for sharing this!!

Just curious. I would LOVE to be able to do smoothies, but I am allergic to milk protein so cannot do any of the protein powders as 99% of them have whey. Any suggestions? Dawn

Hm, did you check for vegan powders such as Vega or SunWarrior?
