My Weight Loss Update…Down 15 LBS!!!!

Several of you wanted to wait and see my progress a few weeks after the challenge to see if I kept it off.  I totally get that skepticism….Remember, I told you I was #1 skeptic!! (Heck, after running 40+ miles a week and not losing a single pound, who wouldn’t be?)  I lost 6 lbs and two pants sizes on the 24 Day Challenge!!! I LOVED saying goodbye to all those inches and HELLO to all the new energy!

I  ended my 24 day challenge back in March, so I am going on 3 months now. (Ready to do another one!) I have stayed on several of the products because I absolutely LOVE them, and I am still losing and toning! I feel PHENOMENAL!
So here are my numbers as of TODAY. For those of you wondering, YES, I kept it off, AND MORE.
When I first started the challenge, I weighed 146.

I went for my physical this morning (didn’t even pass out during the blood work….took it like a champ! ha!)…And I am PUMPED to report that my blood pressure was 98/60….and my weight was 131!!! I almost fell out in the floor!!! I am at my lowest weight since MIDDLE SCHOOL! And I am knockin’ on the door of the 120’s!!! I’ll get the rest of my numbers back from the lab in a couple days and I’m super anxious to hear about them as well. 15 lbs lighter! CRAZY!! I didn’t even know I had 15 lbs to lose!!!!!

(It’s easier to tell in bathing suit pics…) Now don’t get me wrong…I carry my weight well and wasn’t unhappy with my body back at 146. But can I just say how much I am LOVING all my lean muscles, glimpses of some abs I haven’t seen in forever, and being so much more tone and defined?? Big Jon’s not complaining either….(just sayin’! He loves me at any size, but he’s diggin this!)

So inspired by this! You look amazing! I am actually starting the MNS trim 14 day suppliments in the morning. I'm excited! My cousin did the 24 day challenge and he has lost 75 pounds since December - it's pretty amazing!

Your body was rockin back at the marathon and your wedding. Muscular and fit. This seems to be a new look adn good look but a different one. What is your goal to look like? Are you interested in getting into body building? Just curious and please dont take this as a mean post! Just a complement and question :) also, when it comes time for babies are you still going to take these supplements? Just curious because im planning on starting a family next year and was thinking about all of this.

Hey! So I have taken some advocare products before, but I think it they were just vitamin suppliments-it didn't advertise or help with weight loss, but I'm sure they have different products. What would you recommend exactly? I would love something to help (safely) boost weight loss combined with exercise. Hook a girl up!! :)

Amy- Isn't it incredible?? I have seen some friends with absolutely INCREDIBLE results too!

Kate- Not anymore....just taking the basics from the Max phase, but still taking Catalyst, ThermoPlus, & Leptilean.

Anonymous- We are getting ready to start thinking about trying for babies, so I want to be in THE BEST shape of my life so I'll put myself in the best possible situation for delivery and bounce back faster.

I completed the 24 day challenge in March and lost about 12 pounds and dropped 2 pant sizes. I felt the best I had in a really long time. I have done a pretty decent job of keeping it off, but I don't feel as good about my self right now. I'm training for my 3rd half marathon, but I feel like there are some unwanted pounds I want to lose and I just want to feel as good as I did after I finished the challenge. I'm not sure where to go from here. Do I start back over with the challenge or with something else?

I just found your blog today, and this is so awesome! I, too, am a runner, and finally signed up for my first full marathon in April. I also have not lost a SINGLE pound from running two years. I have consciously made better food choices, too. I'm interested after reading your blog posts about how much success you've had with Advocare. I have tried just about everything in the book for supplement companies. I'm intrigued by your story and want to give Advocare a try. Thanks for such uplifting posts!
