Here we go....how about a short, at-home workout (36 minutes!) that just requires you, a flat surface, and tennis shoes. I recommend some good background music to pump you up, & maybe a stopwatch or timer. Do not rest in between because there are recovery periods included. Also, you want to go through this 2 times as quickly as you possibly can while maintaining good form.
- 1 min-light jog
- 1 min-straight leg kicks
- 1 min-shuffles (about 5 steps R, then back to the L)
- 1 min-walking lunges
- 1 min-mountain climbers
- 1 min-push up jacks
- 1 min-ski jumps
- 1 min-high knees
- 1 min- recover
- 2 min-plank, R side plank, plank, L side plank (30 sec each)
- 1 min-alternating step back lunges
- 1 min-butt kicks
- 1 min cross/jab combos (alternating arms)
- 1 min-standing hamstring stretch (30 sec each leg)
- 1 min-bicycles
- 2 min-lower back stretch (cat/cow & child's pose)
Also, I have recently discovered two great sites (thanks, Dana!) that are great resources for anything fitness and nutrition. Check them out...Bodyrock.tv has tons of at home workouts & Livestrong has several Get Fit tools that are really useful....I especially love My Plate.
Enjoy!!

This is great! I have been looking for another at home workout to supplement the Firm Express I am doing right now. Thanks for sharing this and the inspiration to get out there and do it :)
BodyRock really does Rock! Erin has me hooked!
These are exactly the solutions I promote on my site (http://www.GNMGoods.com). I'd love to share this!
