Laura, my go-to girl for new workouts, sent me this awesome treadmill interval workout!! I finally did it last night and it is great!! I don't like to run inside, but if you have no other choice, this is an easy way to keep yourself distracted. Before I knew it I was up to 45 min.
(FYI: I didn't do it exactly....I had to recover at a walking pace of 4.0 after the 9.0 sprints- but it's okay to go at your own pace.)
